How to use the navigation
The help section uses a finder that has been divided into categories and sub-categories to help navigate through to the relevant answer. The steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Select a category
- Step 2: Select a subcategory
- Step 3: Select an answer you would like to hear about
- Step 4: Answer preview

Getting started with BT Vision
Quick hints
You may need to wait up to 48 hours after your broadband line is activated, while your broadband "settles down".
- First, go online to check the internet is working.
- Connect your Vision+ box and Hub by Ethernet cable or with Powerline Adapters.
- Plug your TV aerial cable into your Vision+ box.
- Connect the Vision+ box and TV by SCART lead.
- Plug in your Vision+ box and switch it on.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
