How to use the navigation

The help section uses a finder that has been divided into categories and sub-categories to help navigate through to the relevant answer. The steps are as follows:

  • Step 1: Select a category
  • Step 2: Select a subcategory
  • Step 3: Select an answer you would like to hear about
  • Step 4: Answer preview

Withdrawal of BT Communicator

BT Communicator has now been withdrawn.

This means that registered customers will no longer be able to make phone calls from their PC using the service. The Yahoo! Messenger service will continue to work as normal however, so customers can stay in touch with friends via Instant Messaging.

If you wish to continue using your computer to make calls over the internet, BT has recently launched BT Softphone.
